I like to sing everyday when I wake up. Usually I go to run so far away using my IPOD because I hate the older MP3 players. I don’t like to eat before to do my work out, I prefer to eat later because I feel good during the workout. I would like to run in the next national competition but I need to train more. I love this sport and I want to practice it forever.

Hello, my name is Luis Alfredo Leal, I'm from Maracaibo Venezuela and I live with my parents in San Miguel urbanization. I’m 25 year olds, work and study third quarter URBE industrial relations. I graduated from Iune marketer. I am of medium height, thin build, my skin is white, my eyes are light green, my hair is brown and spiky.

I like listening to music, dancing, partying, reading a bit, going to movies, traveling, spending time with my family and friends, going out to eat ice cream and pizza, go to the club to take a few drinks on the weekends.

I hate the noise, the hypocrisy, lies, child abuse, domestic violence, get up early, wash my clothes.

My dream is to create a family, having children, buying a house and a car, know my whole country and elsewhere, get my bachelor's degree in industrial relations, have a good job that guarantees me a good social position to lead decent life

About English, it is extremely important since the current world we live in demands it. In fact English is not the language of the future, is the future, that every professional should master. WHAT ARE YOU WEARING?

HOW MUCH?

MY DAILY SCHEDULE...!!!

I wake up at 6:30 am. I go to the bathroom, take a shower, brush my teeth and then get my clothes on later I go to the kitchen and have breakfast at 6:50am.
Later I go to work at 7:30am; I take the bus and I arrive at work at 7:40am.
At 12:00pm it’s time to lunch, I eat in 30 minutes and take a break of 30 minutes until 1:00pm that I go back to work
At 6:00pm go out of work, take the bus, to get to the university and I start classes at 6:00pm and finish at 10 o’clock
Later I take the transport and I arrive home at 10:40pm I take a shower and go to sleep again.

MY HOUSE...!!!

I live in a comfortable house, it has four bedrooms, two Bathrooms a living room, kitchen, dining room, a parking for two cars, the garden, porch, large yard with trees, it's pretty comfortable and cool.






THE LIVING ROOM...!!!

In the living room we see two sets of white furniture, two coffee table, six cushions of various colors, there are three lamps, three tables, also adorns a couple of pictures, plants, it has a fireplace and other decorative items. Hardwood floors and a large rug




THE KITCHEN...!!!

The bathroom have a great illumination, it has a big window, the shower with the bathtub, the toilet, the bidet, and the sink with the mirror. The floor and the walls have ceramics with various designs in white and beige colors.









MY FAVORITE ROOM IS MY BEDROOM...!!!

It’s big, fresh, bright and comfortable. There’s a desk next to my window. The computer is on the desk, there are three lamps; two over the two Bedside tables and one next to the desk, a picture a telephone and three jars with ornamental plants and the king-size bed with three cushions and two pillows.

Our daily habits have a lot to do with
global degradation of the planet. Acts as routine
and without separating out the garbage, buying utensils
disposable or buy packaged foods
environmentally damaging or non-recyclable materials contribute
greatly to environmental pollution.

Reduce

- Get all kinds of products in large volume containers and preferably reusable. Avoid single-use containers.

- Bring your own bags to purchase. Retrieve old customs like the bag of bread or the cup.

- Avoid using, as far as possible, disposable items such as handkerchiefs, kitchen rolls, cups and paper plates, plastic cutlery, etc. The industry of disposable products is generating more garbage around the world.

- Store food in containers durable. Do not abuse the foil.

- Do not buy small appliances to perform it easy to do by hand, as the opener.

- Avoid tools and battery operated toys. If not possible, use rechargeable batteries.

Reuse

- When using paper to write, write only on one side and then pull the sheet. Use other side for notes, drafts, take notes, draw, etc.

- Try to make copies on both sides.

- If you have a garden, recycle organic matter.

- Reuse plastic bags in supermarkets give away storage.

Recycle

MY BIRTHDAY

The celebration of my birthday is the 9th day of November, particularly I meet with my family and closest friends, share a few drinks, some appetizers, we danced and had fun, and we left a good cake to complete the celebration.













FAIR OF OUR LADY OF CHIQUINQUIRA

La Feria de La Chinita is the name of a festival of religious origin which takes place every year during three days, since November 17th until November 19th in Maracaibo city and spreads to other parts of Zulia State. In this celebration commemorates the miracle of the Virgin of Chiquinquirá, who is the patron of the Zulia state, whose celebration is observed by the Holy Catholic Church every November 18th .
